Snow tubing, Canada
Steering? No. Brakes? Not a chance. A hell of a lot of fun? Most definitely.
In Canada, snow tubing has long been a popular alternative to skiing or snowboarding and resorts often boast whole areas of mountainside which are carved into snow tube runs: think water slides at Butlins but colder. Where sledges have little chance of making it over any inconspicuous lumps or bumps, a snow tube will bounce and glide over any terrain, whilst simultaneously spinning you around until you’re not sure which way is up, down, left or right.
As nauseating as this may sound, the joy of sliding down a hill in a rubber tube is unparalleled. For an added thrill, get a few mates together, join hands whilst tube bound and shred up the mountain in your own make shift super sized ring of tubes.

Sounds like great fun!! Should import it to Norway…
That’s fantastic! Specially for unskilled skiers like myself.
