If you’re looking for something a little more unconventional from your clubbing experience, try Spitbank Fort, a short distance off the Portsmouth coast.
Historically a last line of defence, the former military stronghold has been converted into a unique venue.
It boasts great views over the Solent and cavernous, spooky rooms where you can often find excellent DJs and live music; adding up to make one of the most unique parties you’ll ever experience.
Remember to take it easy though, as you still have to stomach the boat ride home again. Return boat trips are always included with tickets.
