Marie is a freelance writer and editor who moved to Norway in 2007. Since making her home in the land of the midnight sun she has learnt Norwegian, which she speaks almost intelligibly, and cross-country skiing, although she still hasn't adjusted to local dinner time (5pm). Today Marie writes about Scandinavia, particularly Norway, for clients that include Fodor's, Insight Guides, hotels.com and Virgin.
