The Fallen Angel Hotel, England

Fancy a shower in the Tardis? Or a sauna in a garden shed? How about relaxing with a film in a Rolls Royce? At the Fallen Angel hotel you can.

This boutique hotel in the centre of Durham city has 10 incomparable rooms. Normally the term ‘themed hotel’ would strike fear into the heart of anyone looking for a classy get-away. Not here.

Every detail of these impeccably themed rooms has been thought of, in the most elegant of manners. From the ‘grass carpet’ in Le Jardin, to the ‘train seat sofa’ in The Edwardian Express, to the personal popcorn machine in The Premier.

Just beware of the outdoor hot-tubs, the Durham climate is not designed for al fresco bathing.
